Getting all-on-4 with us

Phase 1 – Initial Consultation. Dr. Bensoussan will review your 3D X-rays and digital scans to assess your oral health, bone density, and esthetic goals. Before proceeding, you will both agree to a custom-tailored plan that meets your needs.

Phase 2 – Surgery and Temporary Teeth. Dr. Bensoussan will strategically extract your teeth and place the dental implants in your jawbone with the help of a surgical guide for the greatest accuracy. He then will attach the temporary teeth to the dental implants. Over the next 3 months, the implants will gradually fuse with the jawbone.

Phase 3 – Definitive Teeth. Once the implants are healed, Dr. Bensoussan will create a custom-made, permanent set of teeth to attach to the implants. These teeth will be carefully crafted to provide optimal esthetics, function, and comfort.

Phase 4 – Maintenance. Dr. Bensoussan will demonstrate best practices to keep the implants clean and schedule cleaning appointments every 6 months to monitor your progress. This will ensure the longevity of your All-on-4 implant restoration and provide an opportunity to address any concerns or make any adjustments.
