5. Surgery Day
You can get oral conscious sedation or IV sedation or general anesthesia with a medical anesthesiologist, depending on the length of the surgery. In one surgical visit, Dr. Bensoussan removes all teeth, places the implants, surrounds them with a bone graft for optimum stability, and attaches your provisional teeth.

Using the X-Guide, Dr. Bensoussan takes precise digital impressions of the mouth, jaw and implants so he can fabricate your provisional teeth. This is done in our own lab while Dr. Bensoussan is completing your surgery.
